Can someone give me a suggestion on how to tune the body clock? Its almost 5am my time over here and I am still wide awake/dont feel like sleeping. Help me please? :(

Its 3am and I am questioning myself so so so much. My mind siezes to find the answer as to why I tend to lose friends so easily and why I cant make new ones quickly. Its so hard because after a while people start to become busy with their own lives, and they start to forget the happy times. They start to have better piroites and as much as you try to salvage the friendship, you cant and dont know how to. It gets awkward and it just aint the same with new people. Its sad you know, really.
